Returns and Exchange

We want you to love your VIIVA activewear. If you are not completely satisfied, you have a 30-day right of return or exchange from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and hangtags attached.

Returns:

If you’d like to return an item, click here -> Return Portal to enter your email, select the item(s), print and attach the return label, and drop off your package at your nearest shipping agent. Refunds are processed within 5 - 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges:

If you’d like a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order - this ensures you get the perfect fit. Simply follow the instructions in our Returns Portal to return your item, and then order the size you want.

Return costs:

For returns within Sweden, a flat fee of 60 SEK / 6 € will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the return shipping, and any uncollected packages incur a 200 SEK / 20 € handling fee.
