ORDERS

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Click it to see exactly where your package is - no guessing, no stress! 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are only possible before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@viiva.se, or at our live chat, and we’ll do our best to help. 

When will I receive my order?

We usually process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Transit times are approximate:

  • Sweden: 1–3 working days
  • EU, UK & Norway: 3–7 working days
  • Rest of the World: 4–14 working days

All products are shipped from Stockholm, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship all over Sweden and select countries in Europe. We’re also working on expanding worldwide shipping - stay tuned! 🌍

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Transit times are approximate:

  • Sweden: 1–3 working days
  • EU, UK & Norway: 3–7 working days
  • Rest of the World: 4–14 working days

All products are shipped from Stockholm, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How much is the shipment?

Shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders within Sweden over 800 SEK ship for free!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Can I return my order?

Absolutely! You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Hangtags and labels must still be on.

Can I exchange my order?

If you’d like a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order - this ensures you get the perfect fit.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Just use our Returns Portal to:

  1. Enter your email and select the item(s) to return/exchange.
  2. Print and attach the return label to the original package.
  3. Drop off your package at your nearest shipping agent.

Refunds are processed within 5 - 10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Exchanges ship as soon as we inspect your original items.

How much does it cost to return something? 

For returns within Sweden (and soon, the EU), a flat fee of 60sek/ 6€ will be deducted from your refund. You’ll cover the return shipping, and any uncollected packages incur a 200sek/ 20€ handling fee.

🌍 For other countries, return costs may vary - we’re working with our shipping partners to offer more affordable options soon.

PAYMENTS

Which payment options do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and Swish for a super-fast and secure checkout. 💳📲

Can I buy gift cards from you?

Yes! 🎁 You can buy a VIIVA gift card and treat someone special to our activewear. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or “just because.” Available in different amounts here

Which materials do you use?

We carefully select materials for both comfort and performance:

  • Leggings, sports bras & shorts: nylon and spandex blend for stretch, breathability, and support.
  • Hoodies & t-shirts: soft cotton for a cozy, comfortable feel.

All product pages include the exact fabric composition so you know exactly what you’re getting.
