Meet the founder

Hi there, I’m Lara - the founder of VIIVA.

I’m a Brazilian fashion designer, specialized in luxury at ESMOD Paris. I moved to Sweden in 2020, after living in a few other countries along the way. VIIVA grew from both my background in design and my personal relationship with fitness.

I wasn’t always an active person. I’ve been through phases of not moving much, not eating particularly well, and feeling quite disconnected from myself. When I finally changed my habits, I realized how much better life became: more energy, less stress, a way better mindset, and more balance. What I never understood, though, was why fitness had to be so extreme, serious, and pressure-filled.

VIIVA was created to show that you can improve your lifestyle without crazy diets, insane training, or perfection. It’s about balance, consistency, a bit of humor… and wearing cool, well-designed activewear while you’re at it.

In 2024, a big life change pushed me to finally turn this idea into reality.
