By visiting our website and/or purchasing products, you agree to these terms and conditions. The terms apply to all purchases made through our webshop.


Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including trademarks, logos, product designs, images, text, and graphics, belongs to VIIVA AB and is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Use of content without our written permission is prohibited.


Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, including size, material, and color. However, due to variations in screen settings, we cannot guarantee that product colors displayed online are an exact reproduction.

 

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) by default and include 25% Swedish VAT. For international visitors, prices may be displayed in other currencies (such as EUR or USD) for convenience. The final price, including applicable taxes and fees, will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

For customers within the EU, prices include VAT according to your country's local VAT rate. For customers outside the EU, no VAT will be charged, but you may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will only be processed once payment is complete.


Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are normally 2–5 business days within Sweden and longer for international orders. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order. Our detailed shipping and delivery policy can be found on our shipping and delivery page.


Right of Withdrawal

As an EU customer, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, calculated from the day you receive your order. This gives you the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund.


Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, click here -> Return portal to enter your email address, select the item(s), print and attach the return label, and drop off your package at your nearest agent. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. If you want a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order — that way you'll get the perfect fit. Follow the instructions in our return portal to return your item and then order the desired size.

 

Complaints & Warranty

You have the right to make a complaint if you receive a faulty product, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection legislation.

  • Complaints must be made by contacting us at contact@viiva.se as soon as you discover the defect. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are considered timely.
  • The right to complain applies for up to three years from the date of purchase.
  • If your complaint is approved, we offer repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Complaints are usually processed within 14–30 days.
  • Please provide as much information as possible when contacting us at contact@viiva.se.


Customs & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside Sweden, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information, please contact your local customs office.


User Conduct 

You may not use this website for illegal purposes, upload viruses, impersonate anyone else, or engage in activities that could disrupt our services.


Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights under Swedish law.


Errors & Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, prices, or availability. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, or government decisions.


Changes

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies.
