SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs:

• Sweden: Free shipping on all orders over SEK 899. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• You can also pick up your order for free at VIIVA HQ in Stockholm.
• EU and International: Shipping costs for selected countries are calculated at checkout. We are actively working on an agreement to be able to offer better shipping prices in the future.

Delivery times:

• Sweden: 1–3 business days
• EU: 5–10 business days
• International: We ship to selected countries outside the EU. Delivery times and customs fees vary and are the responsibility of the recipient.
