ORDERS
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Click on it to see exactly where your package is — no guessing, no stress!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@viiva.se or via our live chat, and we will do our best to assist you.
When will I receive my order?
We usually process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are approximate:
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- EU, UK & Norway: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 4–14 business days
All products are shipped from Stockholm and you will receive a tracking number when your order is on its way.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All products are shipped from Stockholm, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. Orders within Sweden over 899 SEK are shipped for free!
You can also choose to pick up your order free of charge directly at VIIVA HQ in Stockholm.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Absolutely! You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Hang tags and labels must still be attached.
Can I change my order?
If you would like a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order – that way you'll get the perfect fit.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Use our Return Portal to:
- Enter your email address and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Print and attach the return label to the original packaging.
- Drop off your parcel at the nearest service point.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we have received and approved your return. Exchanges are shipped as soon as we have inspected your original items.
How much does it cost to return something?
For returns within Sweden (and soon also the EU), a fixed fee of SEK 60 / €6 will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for return shipping, and uncollected packages will incur a handling fee of SEK 200 / €20.
🌍 For other countries, return costs may vary – we are working with our shipping partners to soon be able to offer more affordable options.
PAYMENT
What payment options do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Swish for super-fast and secure checkout. 💳📲
Can I buy gift cards from you?
Yes! 🎁 You can purchase a VIIVA gift card and give someone you like the chance to shop VIIVA. Perfect for birthdays, holidays or "just because." Available in various amounts here.

What materials do you use?
We carefully select materials for both comfort and performance:
- Leggings, sports bras & shorts: a blend of nylon and elastane for stretch, breathability, and support.
- Hoodies & t-shirts: soft cotton for a pleasant and comfortable feel.
All product pages include the exact fabric composition so you know exactly what you're getting.
