RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your VIIVA clothes. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return or exchange your order from the day you receive it. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hangtags attached.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, click here -> Return Portal to enter your email address, select the item(s), print and attach the return label, and drop off your package at the nearest agent. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges:

If you want a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order — this way you'll get the perfect fit. Follow the instructions in our return portal to return your item and then order the desired size.

Return costs:

For returns within Sweden, a fixed fee of SEK 60 / €6 will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for return shipping, and uncollected packages will incur a handling fee of SEK 200 / €20. 🌍 For other countries, return costs may vary — we are working with our shipping partners to soon offer more affordable options.
