Your 5-minute fall reset 🍂 stretch before the coffee heats up.

We get it - the days are getting shorter, the blankets are getting cozier, the coffee isn’t brewed yet, and the snooze button is calling your name... But here’s the truth: snooze button workouts is not quite the "reset" your body needs.

That’s why we’ve cooked up a quick 5-minute fall reset flow you can do right next to your bed (or maybe even on your bed - we won’t judge), which will:

• Wake up your spine and hips (without a chiropractor bill)

• Loosen stiff muscles (goodbye “I slept weird” neck)

• Boost your mood (endorphins > coffee, at least for a little while)

First up, let's settle in:

Start here. Knees wide or together, forehead rests on the mat. Breathe deep and just be for a moment.

Move onto hands and knees. Inhale, lift chest (cow). Exhale, round spine (cat).

Do 6-8 rounds and imagine you're stretching out your "I don't wanna work" mood.

From hands and knees, slowly bring feet wide, sink hips low.

Stay here for 30 seconds and just breathe. Your ankles (and inner zen) will thank you.

Sit tall. Inhale arms up, exhale lean left. Hold 3 breaths. This is for the side that carried all the stress yesterday... Switch sides.

Stand up, separate feet wide, hinge at the hips. Focus on keeping the back straight. Let your head hang. Gravity is doing the work. You’re welcome.

Sit comfortably, twist gently to the right, looking over your shoulder. Hold 3 breaths. Wring out all your worries. Switch sides.

This isn’t about sweating - it’s about shaking off the morning fog with 6 simple stretches. Think of it as your morning reset button.

And the best part? You don’t even need to change out of your PJs.

Let’s roll out of bed and into a better mood.

VAMOS!
