HOW TO START WORKING OUT WHEN YOU ACTUALLY HATE WORKING OUT

Let’s get one thing straight:

Workouts are not the enemy.
Poor thing... it’s literally just trying to help you, and you keep treating it like it’s working against you.

Your body deserves better.
And honestly? You do too. 🤍

Here are a few mindset shifts worth keeping:

1. Movement is a privilege, not a punishment.

Being able to move your body is not something everyone gets.

It’s not a chore

It’s not payback for what you ate

It’s not something you need to “earn”

If you have the privilege to move your body, go on and f***ing do it.

- Mic drop. Now go squat. -

2. Your body is your home.

You only get one. No upgrades. No replacements. No “I’ll deal with it later.”

Unless you:

• move it daily

• rest it wisely

• fuel it properly

• respect it.

- You better treat it better than your ex treated you -

3. Today's workouts = tomorrow's freedom.

This isn’t about abs. Or summer. Or proving anything to anyone.

Strength now means:

• less pain later

• more energy

• more independence

You're not training for abs. You're training for your future self.

- Ok maybe some abs too -

4. You don't HAVE to do it. You GET to do it.

The shift that changes everything: this is a choice, not a chore.

Movement isn't a sentence. It's a privilege.

- And yes, some days it still sucks. That's ok. -

5. Small mindset shifts go a long way.

You don’t need motivation every day.
You need perspective and discipline.

Save this for your “I don’t feel like it” days
