So this week’s idea is all about setting yourself up in advance…

 

 

HIGH-PROTEIN HEALTHY BROWNIE BATTER

248 kcal | 21g protein | 7g fat | 18g carbs 


Which you can make today and keep in the fridge - ready whenever the craving hits.

Perfect as a snack, dessert, post-workout bite, or “I just want something sweet” moment.

You’ll need:

60g Greek yogurt (0% fat)

15g oat flour (blended oats)

1 tsp chia seeds

1 scoop (25g) chocolate protein powder

5g cocoa powder

30ml oat milk (or regular milk)

7g peanut butter (no added sugar)

5g dark chocolate chips

Mix everything together and store it in the fridge.
