HIGH-PROTEIN HEALTHY BROWNIE BATTER

Which you can make today and keep in the fridge - ready whenever the craving hits.
Perfect as a snack, dessert, post-workout bite, or “I just want something sweet” moment.
You’ll need:
• 60g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
• 15g oat flour (blended oats)
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 scoop (25g) chocolate protein powder
• 5g cocoa powder
• 30ml oat milk (or regular milk)
• 7g peanut butter (no added sugar)
• 5g dark chocolate chips
Mix everything together and store it in the fridge.
